http://www.apple.com/quicktime/ on lit :
"H.264 Advanced video with pristine quality"
"Export content to iPhone, iPod, and Apple TV. Capture movies and share them easily with your friends and family. Encode with the new H.264 video codec for exceptional quality."
J'ai QuickTime Pro.
Puis plus loin : "The QuickTime platform provides a cost effective, end-to-end solution for the creation, delivery, and playback of standards-based multimedia, including the incredible new H.264 codec ."
et encore "QuickTime has a legacy of supporting and developing the latest digital media standards ensuring that you can create and play back the widest range of standard formats in the industry with QuickTime.
MPEG-1
MPEG-2(1)
MPEG-4
H.264
3GPP & 3GPP2
AAC
JPEG
And dozens more…
In fact, the ISO chose the QuickTime file format as the basis for the MPEG-4 file format."
